COMMUNITY MEETING
Open Community meeting in the
Community Centre, the Square, Rathkeale
on May 11 at 8pm, subject: The future of
Rathkeale.
What kind of future can you imagine for
Rathkeale?
How can we work together to build a new
future for our community?
In what ways can you contribute to that
future?
How does the Community Council need to
restructure itself to be an effective
“change-agent” for the town?
You are invited to the above meeting
which will be the first step in creating a
locally driven, grass roots process to
improve the local economy, the local government
and the cultural and social fabric
of the town. The process is a joint effort
between the Rathkeale Community
Council and the Rathkeale inter-agency
task force and it will be facilitated by
West Limerick Resources.
Through this initiative the future direction
for the development of Rathkeale is
being put into the hands of the principal
stakeholders, the people who live and/or
work or are otherwise connected to the
town. We look forward to seeing you on
May 11. Encourage others to come too.
