NEIGHBOURHOOD WATCH
A meeting was called last Tuesday in Rathkeale House Hotel but as usual only a handful of people turned up, with all that has happened in Rathkeale and surrounding areas. It was vital that a crowd turned up and formed the committee. Cllr. Michael Mulchair sent his apologies for being unable to attend. It is the intention to hold another meeting which will be announced in the papers and hopefully there will be better attendance. Do people realize that this is for their own good?

RATHKEALE – THE FUTURE
How can we work together to build a new future for our community? What does the future hold for Rathkeale? A public meeting will be held in the Community Centre on Monday 11th May at 8.00p.m. to discuss creating a new future for the Town. The Plan to create a locally driven grass roots process to improve the local community, the local environment and the cultural and social fabric of the Town. Everyone is invited to this, Towns people those living near Rathkeale, those working in the town. This is probably one of the most important meetings ever held in the town so we hope a large crowd will attend. For information - David Breen 0872739663/ 0868690555.
